For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a deep curiosity about the life and death cycle—how things begin, transform, and return to the earth. That curiosity has guided much of my path and continues to shape the way I walk through the world.

My journey has been one of remembering—of gently peeling back the layers to rediscover the sacred within myself.

Living with ADD and navigating seasons of depression shaped much of my early path. For a long time, I carried the weight of feeling “not enough.” But in the discomfort, I found doorways. In 2018, after feeling deeply lost, I was called toward a more spiritually conscious way of living. It wasn’t always easy—but every challenge, every shift, became part of my becoming.

Since then, life has opened me to beauty, depth, and purpose in ways I never could’ve imagined.

I’ve become a mother, a soul-led creator, and a licensed skin therapist. I offer Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), Kambo facilitation, and intuitive guidance for those seeking deeper self-connection. I hold sacred ceremonies aligned with the moon cycles, cacao, sound healing, Earth medicine, and plant spirit teachings. Each of these offerings flows through Sacred Heart Healings, a space birthed from devotion, reverence, and the intention to support others in their awakening.

I’m also a certified End-of-Life Doula—an honor I hold with deep humility. Supporting someone as they cross thresholds, whether of death, rebirth, or healing, is one of the most sacred experiences of this life.

If I had to describe myself, I’d say I am a heart-led space holder and soul companion, here to support others in reconnecting with the healer within. I do not claim to heal—I simply offer presence, reflection, and the sacred space to remember.

Each day, I strive to meet myself and others with compassion, curiosity, and care—and to keep following what lights up my spirit.
